Hidden Aether Village provides a range of digital and in‑person mission services. Because our offerings vary by mission type, this Shipping Policy explains how and when customers can expect to receive deliverables, materials, or physical items associated with their commissioned mission.

Digital Deliverables

Most missions involve digital products or services. Digital items such as graphics, documents, recordings, or virtual support are delivered electronically to the email address or platform agreed upon during consultation. Delivery timelines depend on mission rank, complexity, and availability of the assigned shinobi.

Physical Items

If a mission requires the shipment of physical materials, tools, or ceremonial items, shipping details will be discussed during the consultation. Shipping costs, carriers, and estimated delivery times will be provided before acceptance of the mission. Hidden Aether Village is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

In‑Person Missions

A‑Rank and S‑Rank missions may involve in‑person work. In these cases, no physical shipment is required. Instead, travel logistics, materials, and timelines will be coordinated directly with the client. Any necessary supplies will be transported by the assigned shinobi or sourced locally as agreed.

Processing Times

Processing begins only after mission acceptance and payment confirmation. Estimated completion or delivery times will be communicated clearly during the consultation phase.

Lost or Damaged Items

If a physical item is lost or damaged during shipment, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case‑by‑case basis depending on the nature of the mission and the item.
